Infographic Design

Both of these projects were similar in process but one on a much larger scale than the other. The first project shown was created while working with the City of Calgary Transportation Department. I researched and visualized the increase of women biking in Calgary and the potential reasons for this increase! The final infographic was mounted and presented at a public event with fellow classmates at City Hall.

The second project was from a class on tools for information designers and started with the question “what can we do to improve sustainability at Mount Royal University?” I began with researching the health of students and how to keep regular activity and check-ups in their busy schedules. Using Adobe Illustrator I created this infographic that aimed to display to students the services available to them and the times in which these services are open. The bar design for time was based off of parking signs in Europe.
